As we get into the winter months it’s even more important to get out and about and make the most of the shortening daylight hours. Sometimes it’s hard to find the motivation, so this week I signed up to go on an organised walk with other mums & babies. If others were waiting for me then it is harder to say “ah I’ll not bother today!” Finding a hobby you enjoy is a great way of getting some exercise into your day, the more you enjoy it the more likely you are to keep it up.
